Personal Injury Lawyer (2+ years experience)

Noohi Law is a results-driven personal injury firm with a supportive, energetic environment and the
opportunity to grow under a seasoned legal team with over 20 years of experience. We are actively
looking for one new team member with two years of strong personal injury expertise. We are located
near the Sheppard and Bayview Ave intersection.

Required Expertise:

• Member of the Law Society of Ontario in Good Standing
• With 2 years of experience in personal injury law, particularly in accident benefits, experience in
  insurance defence litigation and Tort is a plus.

Accountabilities:

• Manage files from intake to resolution, conduct regular file reviews, and maintain clear
  communication with clients with a compassionate approach.
• Detailed hands-on knowledge of (SABS), be Capable of completing various insurance forms,
  and manage Accident Benefit claims from start to finish.
• Ability to take command of many claims with confidence and precision.
• Strong decision-making powered by legal insight, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail and an appetite for complex
  challenges.
• Skilled negotiator with the drive and confidence to settle and resolve claims effectively.
• To confidently attend and represent at court and tribunal matters, mediations, pre-trials,
  discoveries, and settlement conferences, ensuring perfectly filed, organized, and court-ready
  documentation at every stage

Salary: Range is from $80,000 – $120,000 per year,
